Mr W received a free gas central heating system worth £5,000 via our Warm Homes Hub.
Mr W’s house, and all the houses on his street were fitted with an electric heating system when they were built. It’s been difficult for Mr W to keep warm as electric storage heaters are inefficient, expensive to run and hard to control so you never seem to get the best out of them.
