Mrs R’s boiler developed a fault meaning she could not get hot water or properly heat her home. NEP were able to offer £625 towards an ‘A’ rated model, and secure a further £1000 grant, meaning that Mrs R could get a new boiler, and is now safe and warm in her home.
About the client
Mrs R lives with her hearing assistance dog Archie in their semi-detached home in Toton. She suffers with Chronic kidney disease, Plantar Fasciitis and Arthritis. A few months ago, her 16-year old, D-rated combi boiler developed a fault meaning she could no longer get hot water and the radiators did not get hot enough to properly heat her home.
