This Autumn we have welcomed six new members to our Affordable Warmth team.
Mark, Jess, Charlotte, Lucy, Amber and Sophie have joined our Affordable Warmth officers Alena and Miranda, to provide help and assistance with our Healthy Housing service and Power Up Health service.
Sophie and Amber are our newest Customer Service and Energy Advisers, on the front line making sure that customers receive the help they need. They are committed to answering your calls and delivering energy advice.
Jess and Charlotte will be fulfilling the role of our Project Support Officers, making funding applications, delivering workshops, and supporting customer service officers to deliver our schemes successfully.
Lucy will be taking on the role of Project Co-ordinator, delivering training and project development.
Mark is our new Programme Manager, overseeing the team and finding new opportunities to grow and develop the Affordable Warmth service.
The Affordable Warmth team provide energy advice, help households take action to reduce their fuel bills, cut carbon emissions and make their homes warmer and more comfortable.
