How do I know if my home is eligible for this scheme?
If your home has been selected to receive your district specific home improvement(s) you will receive a letter from June 2021. The letter will invite you to either sign up online or via the project’s dedicated telephone number.
If you are a homeowner or social tenant your GHG LADs home improvement(s) will be free of charge. Private landlords will need to contribute a minimum of a third of the cost towards the works.
Am I eligible?

– Be in receipt of certain benefits.
(Please note, if you are a Newark and Sherwood resident, your household income must be under £30,000 (gross) including benefits).
