Let’s Optimise your Heating

A quick and easy way of saving money on your gas bill.

If you have a combi-boiler, you could cut your gas use by an average of 9% by changing a single setting on your combi boiler.

How does it work?

Reducing the flow temperature (also known as a ‘radiator temperature’) of a combi-boiler to a minimum of 60°C, enables the boiler to operate more efficiently in condensing mode. This means it uses less gas to heat your home and can save up to £267 on your annual bill.

After changing your flow temperature, you may notice your radiators being warm rather than hot to the touch – this is normal. Many people don’t notice any other changes to their comfort.

We put together a handy video to show you how to make the change at home
